Tonight I trained biceps and abs, followed by 20 minutes on the stairs. Today was the first day of prep that I was just really really hungry. After working 10 hours, then almost 2 at the gym, I could have eaten everything in my kitchen!! But I had some shred of self control left in me and I hit my macros and just had to calm down the part of my brain that said I was still so hungry. Now I’m in bed mentally readying myself for work tomorrow! Hopefully it’s a good day. Today stunk. Goodnight!
