yay I can do 140 on the leg press and I used to be able to only do like 50 pounds so yah I’m happy :))))

I’ve gained five pounds and I can only hope it’s muscle. why did I weigh myself ?!

has anyone tried crush? anything i should know/ any advice before i buy it???

so I started to eat intuitively and obviously I’ve up’d my calories and I’m definitely gaining muscle but I feel like I’m gaining a lot of fat and ugh I’m so scared to weigh myself it’s crazy

so I went to the gym and did 30 min cardio stairs and elliptical my trainer had me do squats and push-ups and honestly I feel so out of shape because I could barely do squats next time I’m going to post some gym selfie’s. Also i really hate cardio so it makes me feel like I can’t go through with this like does lifting weights suck this much too or???

I ate a burger today and I also ate a burger two days ago and two days before that
