Unfortunately now I just count calories and barely ever eat healthy, I’m scared to try my moms healthy cooking cause idk how many calories it has…..I also feel like I’ll never reach my goal body unless I start working out
Ever since traveling I seem to have forgotten that what you eat is important in order to remain healthy. Now all I do is just count calories but eat crap all day. Does anyone know any good documentaries or shows or articles that can help me get back on track?
