It does not matter what time of day you eat your food, if you are hungry? Eat. Respond to your body's hunger cues. It is probably best to let your body digest a little bit before you sleep (because of comfort and just for your tummy's sake), but no, it will not turn straight into fat. It is energy and your body needs energy!

I didn’t have a problem eating in front of people I just would never binge in front of them but when I only ate 500 cals a day I would lie to my family that I ate out with my friends or something. now I eat In front of all most everyone

Only if I ate even a little bit of chocolate or anything sweet whatsoever because I wasn’t used to eating stuff like that

Hi!! It was hard for me to when I first recovered! And 150 for 5'5 is completely healthy and normal. I’m obviously not an expert but what I realized helped at first was once I started to eat more normal I began putting on some weight so I started to put on music videos on the tv like on demand or if you can connect to YouTube on your tv and I would just dance like crazy and just jam out for like 15 minutes. It’s good cardio! But yeah you can come off anon and talk to me personally if you need more help :) I’ll try my best
